Canceled Orders
If your order is placed and subsequently canceled while en route, you will be liable for all shipping charges. The package will incur shipping charges to and from your location.
Issuing a Refund
Once your package is received and accepted with all original tags, it takes approximately three days to process a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee.
